• Items that are not in their original packaging, or that are missing manuals or accessories, cannot be returned.
• Items that show signs of wear or use cannot be returned.
• Items specifically marked as "non-returnable" on the product page cannot be returned.
• Software, downloadable products, and opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs) cannot be returned.

4. How to return an item:

1. Contact our customer service team through the website or by phone. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with the return shipment.
4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided with the RMA number.
5. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
